In this price will prepare documents for the implementation of one or more changes from the list at the same time. Following the signing of documents by the authorized change translates into the Bussiness register of  and the Trade register and announce to the tax office. Such changes include:

* The appointment or dismissal of the manager
* Expansion or reduction of business licenses
* Transfer of shares and the related change in shareholders
* Increase or decrease in capital
