Incorporate Slovak Company is a complicated process that requires constant contact with relevant legislation necessary for successful entry in the Trade Register.
The price of the s.r.o. company includes:
- Counseling before, during and after the establishment of a company
- Preparation of all materials to the foundation of company- you just come and sign all necessary documents, some of them needs to be verify of Notary (Notary is located in our building)
- Application for registration with the Trade Register and entry in the Register of Bussiness (issue business licenses)
- Payment of the fee for registration in the Trade Register
- The registration of the tax authority to pay income tax

Characteristics of a limited liability company (s.r.o.):
The founders of a company may be individuals and legal entities. The company may also be formed by one person. One individual may be just one founder in three limited liability companies. A company can have up to 50 members. The founder may also be a foreign person.
Obligatory requirement of social contract or constituent instrument is the name under which the company will perform legal acts in their business.
The company is established with a contract signed by all founders. The seat of the company is the address that is registered as a seat in the Trade register.
The minimum contribution of each partner in terms of legislation is at 750 EUR. The company is responsible for the breach of its obligations with all its assets. The minimum share capital is 5000 EUR. Our prepared documents are prepared so that there is no need to repay the capital.
Company is emerging as a legal entity on the date on which it was registered in the Trade register. That day company have legal personality.
